"Selah"

'Selah'.... a musical pause.  I am not a musician but I am thinking a selah must be a lot like the negative space within a painting or drawing.  The space that surrounds an object is just as much a part of the whole.  It connects, gives the eye places to rest and all of it is a part of the plan, the bigger picture.  I see our lives like that as well... we all need times of pausing, resting and meditating to make us whole.

You have so spoken the truth, breathing space, lulls and rests in between the intensities of life. Speaking of intensities, Selah is just that, I love your rich combinations of colour yet it retains an earthy grounded feel. Beautifully done.

Abstract art is kind of new to me and I don't understand how it all works, what is supposed to do what to the eye, etc. but I do know when I like something and I REALLY LIKE this! LOVE the colors!

It's artists like you that are quickly making me a fan of abstract art :) Thanks!
