Abstract Painting "Sonsie" ORIGINAL Contemporary Art by Elizabeth Chapman

'Sonsie'

Acrylic on 8" x 8" x 3/4"

Available

Lime Green and Pink..... reminds me of a floral I once painted "Mountain Flower" a commissioned work for a person who had just been to Colorado. She had asked me to paint an abstract floral from a picture she had taken of a Columbine flower on her iPhone.

About Me

Hi and welcome to my blog!! I'm an abstract expressionist painter working from my home/studio in the beautiful Ozarks. I work intuitively with one idea, mark or color leading to the next then the next, and next until a painting emerges. Much like going on a trip without a plan. Pure adventure! My work has been described as lively, vivid, and bold with a complexity of layers. The majority of my paintings are non-representational, although from time to time I will use florals or figures as the subject matter. All my paintings are ORIGINAL works on canvas or paper. My paintings can be purchased directly from me. Email: elizabethchapmanart@gmail.com. A complete portfolio of my work can be viewed: HERE. I am glad you have found me and I hope you enjoy viewing my paintings. Your support is much appreciated. Thank you!
