Reminiscent of a sunset...all so beautiful and each one unique.  The title for this one was a collaboration between grandpa and grand-daughter. The former saw a sunset and the other saw blooms. Together we have "Sunset Blooms. Perfect.

I finished this watercolor painting of these spotted orchids today. We got out several weeks ago to the Lawn & Garden show here in Springfield, Mo. and I got totally inspired and now have some new photographs to work with. I especially love working with the orchids, and I'm thinking about doing a series of them. I'm not sure which it is I enjoy more the blooms or the buds. And.... I also painted a very large abstract today! Post it later........
