The first image is "Halcyon" a commissioned piece created using compositional and color ideas from several other paintings of mine. I painted "Stormy" (second image) soon after finishing the commissioned work. I find it interesting how the one influenced the next one. Both of these were done several months ago...little behind on my posting. oops.
