This painting was inspired through my observations of the seasonal change of colors in the Ozarks.  Seemed like this year it was slow to happen but turned out to be one of the most beautiful Falls I have ever seen. These colors plus so many more contrasted against a blue sky or a cloudy sky, darks of tree trunks, etc.,  Beauty truly surrounds us everywhere. Take some time to observe, soak it in and enjoy!

Here in the Ozarks we are just on the verge of having all the leaves turn color.  It's just too bad that once it happens it only last for about a week and then it's gone.  I will definitely be getting out to enjoy the fall color palette.  This is a 2012 painting that reminds me of many of those colors.  If you click on the image you can get a better close up.  Enjoy!!
