Poise, Modern Abstract Painting, Original Art, Elizabeth Chapman

'Poise'
Acrylic on 24" x 36" x 1.5"

SOLD

Circles and Metallics are the focal elements in another paint over.  I have one more work on this list for makeovers and another to re-visit.  Kept the title the same with this one as well.  Click here, to see the old Poise. What do you think?! This one was difficult to photograph with the metallics in it.  Truly is a beautiful painting in real. The darkest areas are an alizarin crimson (dark red) which are appearing more as a brown.

metallics are the worse to photograph! Great do over, love the depth of colour you achieved especially the bottom portion. What would we do without alizarin crimson!
Off to see the former Poise :-)

Just had to come back and tell you that the beauty of the first Poise prepared the way for the depth and richness of the new poise. Perfection.
