I was asked to do a painting from a photo of a floral arrangement that a friend of ours had given to his newly wed bride. The painting was then to also be a gift to her. His only instructions where that he just wanted my take on it....yes!... total freedom in expression. This is a bit different for me as it's been a while since I've done a floral painting. I LOVED painting it and feel as if I need to do some more of them. More of these can be seen in the floral and archive sections of my web gallery, here. I am available to paint commissioned work.
