ORANGE.... this painting will jump off an orange wall! Another 2010 LARGE painting awaiting it's new home. Bright and lively! Does it de-value art to offer it at a lower price, to put it on a sale or as in my case a year end special? I have read many different views on this topic lately...I like to think of it more as giving the opportunity to someone to own an original that might not otherwise be able to purchase at the listed price and at the same time giving an artist the opportunity to clear out inventory. I believe working as a non-represented, independent artist gives me greater flexibility with pricing. "Ethereal" is another of my abstracts on the YEAR END SPECIALS. I wonder who's wall will it hang on? maybe yours?!!

This is a lovely painting and I agree how fabulous it would look on a peach or orange wall. It would even 'sing' on a white wall. As far as a year end sale it is confusing at best.
